Markos Doufos - Founder
He studied in the Financial School of Legal & Financial Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He started his career in National Bank of Greece (1962-1969). In 1969 he founded the Computer Service Bureau «Mechanologistiki N.G. Ltd.», today Logismos-Mechanologistiki S.A. During 1978 he founded "EXPO - M.Doufos Ltd.". In 1980 he founded the Publishing Company Ektipotiki Voriou Ellados S.A. He was for 30 years member in the board of directors of Federation of Industries of Northern Greece and also a member in the board of Thessaloniki Chamber of Industry & Commerce.

Board of Directors

John Doufos - Chairman
He graduated from the school of Electrical Mechanical Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a candidate lecturer in the department of Industrial Management of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He served as a team member of Marketing Financial Services, Hewlett Packard S.A, England. Member in the board of directors of Federation of Industries of Northern Greece. He works for the company since 1986.

Alexandros Doufos - Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
He graduated from the school of Civil Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized in the Hydraulic - Environmental Techniques and Water Resources Management of the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse E.N.S.E.E.I.H.T. France and in University of Hanover. He served as a Development Manager of Ektipotiki Voriou Ellados S.A. Member in the board of directors of SEVE (Greek International Business Association). He works for the company since 2003.

Dr. Evangelos Katsadas-Executive Member
He studied Physics in the Aristotle University, Greece and he continued with postgraduate studies in the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Rochester, USA, from where he was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Computer Architecture. He is the Director of the Production Department of Logismos since 2004. Before that, he was in charge of the Consulting Department of Logismos for 4 years. From 1995 until 1997, he was the Project Leader of a team of experts responsible for a feasibility study on the development of an Information Technology Network (Cluster) in the area of Northern Greece. From 1990 until 1992 he was Group Leader of the Module Library & Advanced Software Development Group at IMEC (Interuniversity Microelectronics Center) in Belgium. He has more than 25 years of experience in Project Management, Innovation Management, ERP/CRM Systems, Casino Management Systems and IT Infrastructure Management. He is a member of International Industrial Board of Computer Science Department of the University of Sheffield International Faculty, CITY College (2005 – present).

Nikolaos Pappas - Independent Non Executive Member of the Board
He was born and lives in Thessaloniki. He participates to the capital of companies with various activities (food, financial services, commerce). Member of the Board of Directors of: Intersalonica Insurance Company, Intersalonica Life SA, Dora SA, SANS SA, Wonderlant S.A. He also holds the position of professor to the University of Macedonia since 1979.

Ioannis Stavrou - Independent Non Executive Member of the Board
He studied Financial Management in Lyon II University, France, and continued his postgraduate studies on issues of European Unification to the College of Europe in Bruges Belgium and in London School of Economics and Political Science. From 1983 until 1985 he worked as a professor assistant to the College of Europe and taught courses of European Policy and Administration. Today he is Executive Vice-president of Federation of Industries of Northern Greece, where he works from 1987, General Director of Northern Greek Agency for the Development of Private Infrastructure, Vice-president of IMESE Business School. Member of the Board of Directors of: Thessaloniki International Trade Fair, Whale Graphics S.A., Hellenic Production Industry Roundtable for Growth, Complete GR.

Panagiota Tsaoutou– Independent No Executive Member
She graduated from the Department of Accounting and Finance of American College of Greece (Deree) and holds a Master’s Degree (1996) from the University of Lancaster . After her studies, she works for her family-owned industrial company called EPSA, located in Agria Volou. She has the position of Chief Excecutive Officer and the Responsibility for the Exports since 2004.

Polyzois Doukas – Independent No Executive Member
He graduated from the Department of Business Administration of  Industrial School of Thessaloniki. He worked as accountant auditor in Ernst & Young Hellas s.a. and as internal auditor in a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. He has been a Chief Financial Officer for a couple of years in a group of companies which parent was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. Today he works as business executive member of a large industry in Northern Greece with an extroverted orientation.
